- Our faulty service includes the 1 hour faulty test to determine why the solar system has failed.
- We check the A/C and D/C isolators for water ingress and we test the panels and inverter for faults.
- Our standard service includes minor repairs. But if the system can’t be repaired with minor repairs within the hour, a detailed quote will be given.
- If the inverter or panels have failed under warranty we can submit the warranty claim on your behalf. See warranty page.
- Provide a detailed report of your systems condition, repairs and workmanship. (is suitable for insurance claims)
